I was an investigator of the Church while attending Mount Royal College in Calgary. I attended the Foothills Ward in Calgary and was taught the discussions by many elders, namely Elders Dutcher, Fluckiger, Packer, Clines and Olsen. Although I was never baptised while in Calgary, after I moved back home to good old Manitoba and met with the Elders here and am happy to say that I was baptised on October 14th, 2000. It was such a wonderful feeling to finally be a member of the church. I know this church is true and am so gratefull to the wonderful Elders who never gave up on me. Thank you so much.
