I served from Aug '68 through Aug '70. I came home and was married one year to the day after I returned (because we were admonished to be married within a year after returning). I went to Washburn University for one year. I served 20 years in the military (Air Force) as an air traffic controller. When I retired I went back to college, received my degree in Social Sciences with teaching certification and began teaching. Now I have my Masters in Education Administration. My wife and I have 6 married children and 11 grandchildren with one new arrival scheduled for Sep 2008. Most of the kids are spread around Utah with one in the Air Force stationed at Pope, North Carolina. |
