We live in Rexburg, Idaho now and Landon just began career number 2-this time as a 3rd grade teacher. Graduate school is in the near future. We've been married nearly 13 years, and we have Emma (8) and Lauren (6). (Turns out kids are a lot of work, so we stopped at two.) We live in the boys' dorm at BYU-Idaho where I work as a head resident/dorm mom. I love it! I could write a book about the dumb things boys do, but the weekly mission calls are very rewarding.
Landon and I speak only Czech to each other and our children are fluent in both Czech and Slovak--yeah right!! We're lucky if we can remember a phrase or two when we attempt to secretly communicate in front of people. However, it's true that we loved our missions and look forward to returning as a senior couple one day, and we have brainwashed our girls into believing no one will marry them unless they serve missions.
