Sending items to your missionary: |
Always include your return address and your missionary's full name.
Letters:
The quickest, cheapest way to get a letter to a missionary is via the "pouch". Only letters may be sent via the pouch, and they cannot contain pictures, money, checks, etc. Any items other than letters sent to the pouch address will be returned to the sender.
Packages:
The most economical way to get a package to Ecuador in less than 4 weeks is probably USPS Airmail Parcle Post (NOT Economy Parcel Post). See the USPS website.
Packages sent via any international shipping service (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) can be addressed to the Mission Office street address. You will also need to provide the mission office phone number.
Standard mail:
Envelopes containing items other than letters can be mailed to the Mailing Address listed at the left. As of 7/7/2006, postage to Ecuador for letters up to 1 oz. is $0.84. (You can verify current postage rates at the USPS website.)
