Our son, Elder Stephen Beaton, is currently serving in the field since early July. This is a montage of his life:

We pray for him every day, several times a day, and we pray for his companion and the missionaries and the mission president, and the people of El Salvador, especially where our son is teaching. ;-) I know these missionaries are doing the work of our Heavenly Father there, and will be protected, guided, and sustained by the Holy Ghost and by legions of angels. The key is find those who the angels have prepared and are preparing to receive the full power of Christ's atonement through the ordinances of the gospel, for in the ordinances of the gospel the power of the Lord is revealed.
