Although i had to cut my mission shot for knee surgery, i wass actually a blessing that i was sent home when i was. a month after i got home my mom was diagnosed with cancer. My mom faught a hard up hill fight and unfortunatly on march 12, 2006 she lost her battle. my mom died on a peaceful sunday morning with her 5 living children at her side. if i had stayed on my mission i would have not had those two years to be with my mom in her time of struggle. i wouldn't give anytihing to give up those twoo years except to have her here right now to say Happy mothers day too. believe me it has been a tough mothers day this year. |
