I am making this alumni for my Grandfather who served with his wife Audrey Garr who served in this mission. They were called on a spanish mission around 1983 or 1984. I will update this as I learn more. Glen J Garr was born Jan. 4, 1914 and died April 8, 2002. He is buried in the family plot in Odgen, UT where he grew up. I am his Grandson and I also served in this mission from 1997-99. He always wrote me about working in the Krome Detention Center with a pair of missionaries and a Bro. Jaime Aguilera from Homestead, but originally from Nicaragua. I also met him and am looking to have contact with him and have him send some stories to me. If anyone has any stories or information, it would be greatly appreciated. |
