Provo was home. Christine Hofheins wrote me my whole mission and we married soon thereafter. Graduated BYU (Accounting) and U of U (MBA). Sons served missions in Chile, Philippines, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, and New York City. Seventh son Walter serves in a year. Three daughters are wonderful. Youngest Johanna resides at home. Christine and all the children have distinguished themselves in school. Children have married the best. Five married children have provided five grandsons and seven granddaughters and one on the way. Worked 21 years for Hercules, later ATK. Lived previously in Sugarhouse and West Jordan. Currently working for State of Utah in Provo. Primary/SS Teacher, Home Teacher, Ward Clerk, AP Quorum Advisor, Varsity Scout Coach, EQ Pres., Stake and Ward SS Pres., Stake YM Counselor, Stake High Council, Scout Commissioner, Scoutmaster, Assistant to HP Group Leader and currently HP Group Instructor. Grandchildren are my greatest delight. The Lord provides every good thing and Christine is the best. |
