2001 - I used to think mission life was crazy - but I am learning "LIFE" is crazy - so we might as well enjoy it! (: I am the 1st counselor in YW. David is the YM President. I am teaching 2 Relationship classes and 3 Child Development classes for 10th - 12th graders. I like it A LOT better than teaching middle school (last year). David is in school - wants to be an Art teacher. No children in the plans for now - although I work with 150 every week! (:
April 18, 2006 - Well, David is an Art Teacher now at a Middle School and I stay home with our 2 kids: Bailey Adia (Swahili for "gift from god") 2 years old and Zuri (Swahili for "strong and handsome") Dean 11 months old. (David served in East Africa) And last night we took a little home test and we are expecting a 3rd - WOW!!! Hope I'm ready! (: I used to hear moms say stuff and I never understood them but I'm beginning to UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like other things, that unless you are doing it you just don't get it. It is an experience - but I get to see all kinds of fun stuff and witness lots of firsts! (: Hope all is well with the rest of you!!!!!!!!!!! |
