News Item: Untimely Death

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but for all of you who knew Elder Cesar Soto who was from zone 14 in Guatemala, he died a couple of weeks ago, in the first or second week of October, apparently from a heart attack. They say he had been having serious health problems. It is sad news for all of us, especially those of us who knew him well. He was to get married in February and come and visit us here in Utah in the spring of 2003. Such a good example to us all, it is sad to see him go so early in life. He will be missed greatly.
