I started out in the Elgin ward and became part of the Schaumburg ward. We were meeting in an elementary school until our Stake center was built. I met my husband Graham at a young single adult dance in 1986. He was stationed at Great Lakes Naval base and had joined the church a few months before we met. We married in Oct of 1986. I thank the missionaries who tracked out my family in the late 70's and I thank the sister missionaries who held meetings at the base and enticed my husband into the church with pizza and girls. :D

My current calling in the Crystal Lake 3rd ward is the assistant librarian. I love the Gospel and I am truly grateful for those who perform missionary work.
My husband and I have been married for 16 years and sealed in the Jordan River temple. We have 5 beautiful children that have totally blessed our lives. |
