Dear Wonderful Missionaries,
   It occurred to us that we haven't really taken 
advantage of the great site that Whipple Choro's Dad 
created for us.  We have been waiting to collect "all" 
the news (and all the e-mail addresses) before sending 
any.  Not such a great editorial decision.  We've also 
been attending MANY weddings this summer and wishing we 
could attend all of them.  
   Anyway, some of you have been asking about a 
fall '98-'01 jidai Kobe Mission Reunion.  Yes, we are 
having one!  We'll be securing a building (this time in 
SLC area) in the next two days, then we'll give you all 
the details.  But, for now please mark your calendars 
for the Friday evening before General Conference (first 
Friday in Oct.).  Some of you have two reunions 
scheduled for that night.  Just come for as long as you 
can.  We love to see you, even if we have to share.
    Also, our Brian will be entering the MTC on 
Sept.11th prior to his mission in Hawaii.  He'd like to 
say good-bye to those of you who know him.  So, we're 
having a very informal open house this coming Friday, 
(Sept. 6th) from 7 to 9 if you want to drop by to say 
sayonara..., give him some of your best advice, or just 
to eat one of those nazukashii cookies again. (If you

    In the meantime, Congratulations all you new brides 
and grooms.  And, also to you who are still "finding 
when you're not finding"!
