Hishashiburi desu, ne!

With my 20 year high school reunion coming up I started looking up some old friends on Facebook and stumbled across an Osaka Mission page. That page included a link to this website. My thanks go out to whoever started it and keeps it running.

After the mission, I graduated from Ricks College, then Weber State in 1995. I commissioned in the Army ROTC program and have been in the Army ever since. My basic branch is aviation. I am married with four children. My oldest turns sixteen and starts driving next month. I am currently stationed at Fort Leavenworth, KS and re-stationing to Korea this summer. While there, I hope to take advantage of the proximity to Japan and introduce my family to Oshos and among other things!

Here is a complete list of my companions (please forgive me if I incorrectly spell names, my journals are buried in a trunk):

Arrived from MTC with Elders Farris and Henderson. Kishiwada: Elders Hoole, Calhoon, Noel; Higashi Osaka: Elder Durfey; Senboku: Elders Redd, Manning; Asuka: Elders Butterfield, Sakuda, Bachus, (Curtis) Harris; Nara: Elders Francis, Blummel, (Joshua) Young, Robertson.

Mata.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
