I'm a convert since Nov, 1977. Then my name was Renee Tilley. My 1st ward was the Council Bluffs ward. My 1st calling Sub. Primary teacher. I divorced and moved to Champaign Ill. in 1979. I married Jay Aldrich (a non-member). He joined the Church 9 years later. We have a total of 5 children. Our oldest son is on a mission in Montana. Since leaving Council Bluffs we have had a variety of callings. So far I've been a teacher (different ages different classes), Homemaking Leader, Public Affairs, Red Cross Liason, Primary 2nd Counselor, RS 2nd Counselor, Family History Librarian and Director, YW Pres twice, and now in my 3 go around as Relief Society Pres. My husband Jay Has been a Primary teacher, Elders Quorum Pres. and is currently 1st Counselor in the Bishopric. We have also lived in Elgin Ill, DesMoines Ia, Hudson Ia, Lisbon Ia, Decatur Ill, and currently in Topeka Ks. We have come a long way since joining the Church. Elder Price and Elder Skousen were my missionaries. |
