After I got home from the mission I attended Dixie College, married Mindy Schimbeck, and then we attended Utah State University together. Moved to Southern Utah in 1995 after getting an Audiology degree. Worked for IHC Rehab four years then started my own audiology practice in 1999.
We have four kids; Aryn (12), Alec (10), Sydney (7), Derrek (4). And Aidan Schimbeck Anderson, 9 lbs. 10 oz, born Sept 16th!
We love the area and all the things you can do.My hobbies include camping, hunting, fishing, golfing, and wrecking on a snowboard in the winter and on a wakeboard in the summer.
See a few people from the mission once in a while including Jane Tucker from Los Lunas, Brian Mauldwin (served under President Whitney), Rob Ballard, David Loyens, and Jason Komarek. Loved serving in New Mexico! Still can't get enough tamales!
