I remember him being the Albany New York Stake president when I was there (1994-1996 - I could be mistaken, but his name sounds familiar) - but the reason I bring him up is that it was just announced in the Church News that he'll be the president of the Argentina Rosario Mission in July. Figured I'd mention it for those who are interested.
