Steven Jon Martinez 1943 – 2009
Steven Jon Martinez, 66, passed away December 25, 2009 at Orchard Park Care Center in Orem after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Born Feb 18, 1943 - L A, Ca. the oldest of 4 .
He enlisted in the USAF. While stationed in Japan, studied the Japanese language, even though he wasn’t required to do so. After his discharge, he served a mission in NFEM.
He met his wife at BYU and married in the L A Temple - 1975. Steve found immense satisfaction in his career as a computer programmer.
Steve is survived by his wife and his 7 children. Funeral held - Orem Park Stake Center, 195 West 300 So. Orem, Wed, Dec 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street Orem, Utah on Tues, Dec 29, -6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Condolences - www.sundbergolpinmortuary.com |
