Mr. Perkins attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated with a B.A degree in history in 1970. He received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1973. He was Vice Chancellor of the Moot Court Honor Society in 1972-1973 and was responsible for the Freshman Legal Writing Program at the University of Utah for 1972-1973. He was elected to the Bar and Gavel Society for service to the law school. Mr. Perkins holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating preeminent legal ability and the highest ethical standards. |
