Well, things have certainly been interesting since my wife and I got married on November 14th 2002. I received my call that our unit was being sent over here to Kuwait shortly after we were married in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. I was able to be with her for about a month and a half before we left. We found out about a week or so before we deployed that she is also pregnant with our first child! She is due to give birth on September 2nd, 2003, and hopefully there will be a way that I can be home for that. Unfortunately, it's not looking too good. We may be stuck here until November, but no one seems to know for sure. Well, one thing is for sure, we have both grown much closer together during this time away, especially with the knowledge of the Gospel in our grasp. I'm grateful for all the blessings the Lord has given me, (Especially my wife!), and the blessings soon to come! Take care and feel free to write any time. |
