Adam served his first six months in Cape Town (Companions Elders Kowan, Bevans, M. Hurley, Chris Blaylock). On May 1, 2005 he received his first transfer to the Township of Paarl. Adam said that it is a very poor area where people live in shacks, some with dirt floors. His companion in Paarl is Elder Davis. Adam served in Knysna with Elder Baba for one transfer then was transferred to Fish Hoek where he served as a district leader with Elder Skosana for 2 transfers. He was then given Elder Struck, who had just arrived in S.A. On January 8, 2005 Adam was transferred to Port Elizabeth with Elder Butler as his companion. The specific area is something like "Utinig." |
