I was a 'retread' from another mission. I was originally called to the Colombia Cali Mission but my visa never came. I spent an extra month in the LTM (now called the MTC) and about four months in a state-side mission waiting. At which time the church split the Spain Madrid mission three ways, Spain Sevilla and Spain Barcelona being the new missions. I was in the first group of missionaries to enter the mission from the outside rather than being transferred from the Spain Madrid Mission. I was priviliged to participate in the mission dedication on the slopes of Mt Tibidabo. |
