hola soy miembro desde 1985 , de huelva.
en 1987 fui militar en melilla y para noviembre de 1987 le comente al PTE
CHAD RICHARDSON de mision españa-sevilla que estaba alli solo sin iglesia
y mando unos misioneros en diciembre de 1987 unos dias a un hotel y tocamos
en mi tiempo libre puertas ,etc ya en noviembre el pte de mision me
localizo a MARIA una miembro activa que vivia en melilla y que teniamos
ella y yo permiso para solos realizar la reunion sacramental en casa de
Maria . y el PTE de mision nos encargo en la 2ª quincena de diciembre que
buscaramos piso para acoger a los primeros misioneros en llegar a melilla y
asi lo hicimos ella y yo , lo encontramos ,amueblamos ,etc y el 11 de enero
de 1988 les esperamos a los Misioneros en el puerto y les acompañamos a su
casa , predicamos durante el resto de los dias que alli me quedaban como
militar hasta que en marzo me fui licenciado. Justo antes de irme tenian
dos fechas bautismales. Estoy buscando reconstruir los nombres de los
misioneros que fueron los primeros ,creo recordar uno era Elder Astol,
media dos metros y 4 centimetros. ojala pudiera tener datos del PTE
RICHARDSON para escribirle a fin de que el en su diario pudiese darme datos
para aportar ala historia de la iglesia en Melilla sus datos exactos ,
mientras esto es lo que recuerdo. un saludo a todos.

Is there an email address to the mission office? I would like to send the missionaries to visit a lady that we taught and baptized. She hasn't been to church in years, but I'm in contact with her through Facebook. I mentioned about getting ready to go to church and she requested that I say a prayer for her. I would love the missionaries to go by to visit her and have the members invite her back to church. I noticed the mailing address for the office, but was hoping that there would be an email address to make it quicker.

Anyone know the actual mailing address for the MTC in Spain? All we could find was the Temple mailing address. Our son goes from Provo to Madrid next week and we want to send a package.

Busco MaNieves Diaz Gabaldon de Albacete. Se bautizo en dic 1.978. Tenia 19 anos. Se fue a una mision en Espana. Se caso en el templo con un chico de Francia, y creo que vive en Francia.
Se que ahore Albacete esta en la mision de Barcelona, pero quiza alguien la conoce.

I'm looking for MaNieves Diaz Gabaldon from Albacete. She got baptized in Dec. 1978. She was about 19 years old. She went on a mision somewhere in Spain, then married in the temple to a guy from France. I think she lives in France.
I know that Albacete is now in the Barcelona mission, but maybe someone knows her.

We recently had a fun visit with President and Sister Madsen who were here in Hawaii on vacation.
It was fun to meet up with them again and introduce them to my husband and 2 boys. It seemed a little odd, as though my two separate lives were merging...the mission seems like forever ago!
It sure brought back a lot of great memories, though!
I miss Spain and would love to return!
(And if any of you get a chance to see the Madsens, you can hit them up for a free meal at Cafe Rio!)

You're all familiar with the Cristus piece that lladro made for the dedication of the Madrid Temple, well I just heard from Antonio (the lladro guy in Gibraltar) that they came out with a piece about Elders.
He's got a picture on his website:
