Comments:
I was called to the Taiwan Taichung Mission and not long afterwards, the mission split and I remained in the Kaoshiung Mission. I recently gave a talk in church about 'testimony' and it made me miss the experience on my mission of bearing my testimony every day to people I loved so much, many of them strangers. I want to do that more often in my daily life now.

After my mission I went to China several times to do training in the area of microcredit and literacy. I completed an MBA at BYU, spent time working in New York, and then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area for a job where I was able to use my Chinese every day - it was fun. I also met my husband and have since been grateful for what I learned as a missionary about being a good companion! We now have a daughter who is the light of our lives! We are very happy.

I would love to get in contact with any alumni from the mission, especially those who might be in California!
