Hello all! Here's my update...After finishing the mission, I finished up my teaching degree at BYU while teaching Chinese at the MTC. When I finished my degree, I decided to stay another semester and finish up a minor in Family Science, and was put as a supervisor at the MTC. I loved it! I also took a trip back to Taiwan for a week and was able to visit a lot of people...if you haven't made it back yet...save the money and do it!!!
After graduating, I made a big move and bought a condo in Eagle Mountain Utah and there took my first job teaching 5th grade. I stayed there for 4 years, and then felt like I was supposed to start school up again! So, I transferred schools to Springville and taught 5th grade for one year, and at the present time I am now teaching 4th grade while going to graduate school at BYU. I'm down to 6 months left of the program~and will be graduating in August! I will graduate with a Masters in Teacher Education w/an emphasis in Literacy. It's been great to get everyone's updates!
