Married, widowed, married again, divorced, and happily remarried yet again. Practiced law, taught college, practiced law again. Father of four children, one who died in infancy, and a stepson. I have had many church callings, have published some articles and fiction, and generally have led an interestin, if transitional life. Two years ago, I was in Taiwan on business, and attended the Yuan Lin ward, where I had served as branch president 20 years before. I was gratified at the strength of the ward, and particularly that several of the members I knew and remembered also remembered me. I'd love to hear from people who knew me in Taiwan. It was a wonderful experience, and I sometimes wish I could do it again, with some of the understanding I have now. I can still speak Chinese moderately well, I think. |
