It has been a few years since I updated my profile here. A quick update. Almost 2 years ago we had a son (Zackary) so we now have 2 daughters (Brooklyn and Makenna) and a son. A year ago we also moved to London and love being here. In our ward we have many Ugandans and Ethiopians so we eat a lot of Injera and Matoke. It is wonderful.
I served in the Kenya Nairobi Mission from Jan. 1997- Jan. 1999. I try to keep my alumni profile somewhat up-to-date on the Kenya Nairobi Mission webpage. I spent my entire mission in what is now the Uganda Kampala Mission. I served in Uganda for 18 months (Nsambya, Ntinda, Jinja, & Makindye) and Ethiopia for 6 months.
I love Africa and I loved my mission. I enjoy talking about the experience with others, so please feel free to contact me. |
