I am trying to find, John Ndiraba Kiyaga of Kampala, Uganda. He and his family joined the LDS Church in 2000, after John visited Utah to investigate the paraolympics of 2002.
John hadn't heard of the LDS Church until he met my daughter, Tresa Haymond on his airplane flight to Utah in 2000.
NOTE: The Timp View High School girls soccer team from Provo, Utah (with soccer coach Jackie Skinner) will be attending the Kololo LDS Branch this Sunday, June 7, 2009. I would like the soccer team to meet John and his family, but I don't know how to contact him. Sending a letter would take too long.
John had polio during his youth, and he walks with braces on both legs and both arms. His children's are: Joan, Catherine, Sam, Ritah, and Martin Kiyaga.
