Through the help of those at mission.net there is a new website for the Alumni of the Uganda Kampala Mission.

This will be for those who served in the Uganda Kampala Mission. I leave it up to the individuals who served in both missions who were affected by the split to register at either site of their choosing or both if they served in one country from each mission for example Kenya and Uganda.
This would be my break down on how to decide which alumni site to register at:
If you received you call prior to the Uganda Kampala Mission creation and returned home from the mission prior to the creation of that mission register on the Kenya Nairobi Mission Website.
If you received your call to the Uganda Kampala Mission then register on the Uganda Kampala Mission.
If you received your call to the Kenya Nairobi Mission after the creation of the Uganda Kampala Mission register on the Kenya Nairobi Mission website.
If you received your call to the Kenya Nairobi Mission prior to the creation of the Uganda Kampala mission and were transferred to the Uganda Kampala Mission during the course of your mission, register on the Uganda Kampala Mission if you have only served in the Uganda Kampala Area or Ethiopia prior to your transfer.
If you received your call to the Kenya Nairobi Mission prior to the creation of the Uganda Kampala mission and were transferred to the Uganda Kampala Mission during the course of your mission and you served in both mission defined areas, register on the Uganda Kampala Mission and the Kenya Nairobi Mission if you wish.
If you are really confused contact me and I can help you decide which site to register at.
I will gladly step down from administering the Uganda Kampala Website when a permanent alumnus will be ready and willing to take on the responsibility.
Until that time I will maintain and monitor the website. Please feel free to post pictures, stories, etc. to add content to the Uganda Kampala Mission if you served in the mission area namely Uganda or Ethiopia. I'm sure those who receive their call to the Uganda Kampala Mission will have lots of questions. Please feel free to answer those questions to help them understand the mission from your point of view if you have served in Uganda or Ethiopia.
There will be links to both websites that will tie the two sites together, but the Alumni information and data will remain separated.
