Here is a quick run down on what's happened since my mission:
1993-1994 University of Utah - premed
1994-1996 BYU - sports medicine
1996 August married Sarah Periconi
1996 September started Medical School back in Canada
1997 June Amren was born
1999 July Annaliese was born
2000 graduated from medical school and started my residency in Anesthesiology
2001 Mattea - #2 daughter :) - our first child to look like Sarah
2003 May Hayden is born #2 son
2005 Finished my residency in Anesthesia and immediately moved to Alberta to be close to the mountains
2007 My 3rd son Josiah was born
2009 My 3rd daughter Ava was born (our favorite but don't tell anyone)
2010 Enjoying a good mix of work and life. I am almost working more as an Intensive Care Physician than an Anesthesiologist. I love the stress and greater immediate rewards running the intensive care unit brings.
I also recently got released from working in the Bishopric and expect to get a new calling any day now.
Hope all is well with everyone and hope that I am able to get in touch with many of you in the near future. |
