Lori & I have 4 great kids (all boys) & 1 dog. I'm 6'3" tall & I'm the shortest male in the family (except for the dog). Ages range from 17 to 26. Unfortunately, none have gotten to serve in the best mission area yet, but next best includes: Texas-San Antonio, Nagoya-Japan and Brazil-Curitiba. (Still one last hope with the 17 yr old). Our eldest is now finally married (1 year) & living in Livermore, CA doing "top secret" stuff as a nuclear engineer. The next two are attending the Univ. of Utah and are trying not to become "hazards to society" (or whatever Brigham Young called unmarried elders). As far as Church callings go, I've heard it said that if we live long enough we will have all had each other's jobs. It's true but sometimes you don't get it right the first time. Presently on the stake HC (again). Looking forward to the Apr. '04 reunion. Hope to see you there! |
