Richard H. Kiyabu, 45, assigned to the Japan Tokyo North Mission; member of the Moanalua Ward, Honolulu Hawaii West Stake; stake mission president, former mission president's counselor, high councilor, bishop, and elders quorum president; served in the Northern Far East Mission, 1966-68; junior high school teacher; received bachelor's degree from BYU, professional teaching certificate from Church College of Hawaii; born in Honolulu, Hawaii, a son of Harry Zenichi and Shizue Hokama Kiyabu; married Naomi Sue Okawa; four children. She is a Relief Society home and family education teacher, former Young Women president's counselor, Relief Society spiritual living teacher, Primary secretary, and temple ordinance worker; served in the Northern Far East Mission, 1966-68; born in Makawao, Hawaii, a daughter of Hisashi and Moto Machida Okawa.
