Comments: 2009 was saw even more changes than 2007. We now have TWO BEAUTIFUL GRANDBABIES (Shelby and Haley) and the plastics plant in Odessa, TX, decided to close down permanently the day after Obama was elected (no coincindence there). Now I am Sr. Project Engineer at a small refinery in McPherson, Kansas. Never thought I would leave Texas!!
Sharon and I have been blessed with four wonderful children, and now TWO GRANDBABIES!! Amanda, or oldest child, has finally graduated from Texas State University. She married a wonderful (her opinion) young man named Freddie and on November 11th, one day after my birthday, gave us our very first granddaughter, Shelby. Our SECOND GRANDBABY followed closely on January 28 of 2009.
Rhea, our second daughter, graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin where she met her husband, James. They live and work in Midland, TX. I am embarrased to admit that she owns a better set of knives than I do!
Caleb has recently joined us in McPherson, Kansas, and is looking at career options here.
Jeremy, our youngest child, is attending North Texas State in Denton, TX, and doing VERY well.
