Comments: I stumbled upon this site while looking into information about missionary work. I have a son in the Russia Yekaterinburg Mission who will be coming home November 2006 and a son in the New York Utica Mission who will be coming home in May 2008.
I was companions with Elder Jeff Schaffer in the MTC. Elder Tracy Tumbleson and Elder Chin (ABC) in Yeun Long. Elder Curtis Stucki and Elder Fisher in Tsun Wan. Elder Roy Bybee, Elder Barry Ryskamp and Elder Shane Rydalch in Shum Shui Po. Elder Steve Hansen, Elder Leung and Elder Lofgren in North Point. Elder Phillip White and Elder Gary Swenson in Macau. I think that's everyone. I wish I had kept a better journal.
Anyway, it seems like last conference there were many references to the blessing received from full-time missionary service. I look back at my missionary service as the foundation for my adult life. I thank everyone I associated with for their friendship and influence.
I live in Idaho Falls with my wife of 22 years, Debie, and our children Tyler (in Russia), Travis (in New York), Savannah (16) and Taylor (13). I am currently serving as the High Priest Group Leader in our ward. I am a partner in the accounting firm of Parry, Roe & Company, P.A.
