Comments:
It will be two years in October 2006 since I finished my mission, I love the areas I served in the people I served with and around an especially the people we were able to teach. My parents picked me up from the mission home and we visited the Church History sites in upstate New York (Hill Cumorah, Sacred Grove, Whitmer Farm, E.B. Granding Building, Martin Harris Home), it was an incredible experience and such a beatiful time in the year. After returning home and reporting I proposed 8 days later to my highschool sweetheart Tara. We have been enjoying life, working hard and going to school. Tara works as a CNA at Intermountiain Health Care and I am employed in accounting at the Church Office Building in Salt Lake. Tara puts together the Sacrament programs and is on the activity commity and I teach for the Gospel Doctrine class. Life has been busy but with countless blessings and opportunites to learn and grow in the Gospel. I look forward to seeing all of you my mission friends in events to come, I do know without a doubt that the fullness of the everlasting gospel was restored in this dispensation through the Prophet Joseph Smith - what a faithful servant and friend he was. Our elder Brother and Savior Jesus Christ lives, he stands at the head of the Church to guide and direct His chosen Prophets and Apostles, I know that it is through His eternal sacrifice and love through the Atonement that we can truly find joy and are made whole, when we have done all we can and our very best He is always there to make-up the difference that we cannot enabling us to return as families to His presence and the presence of our Heavenly Father. The Plan of Salvation provides us the means to improve our probation here, find the joy that our Heavenly Father wishes for us to have, and receive all of the blessings that He has instore for us. To all of my friends and family, may we ever live for those blessings.
