I am looking for the DR MTC counselor's email address and/or contact info. (Renaldo Reyes) I visited with him last year with my parents and my Dad would like to get a hold of him. Who can help? Thanks

Job opportunity: eng/planning 08 Jan 2004
Email me if you're qualified & interested in the following opening with the company I work for:

The Miami office of HDR was awarded a Management Services Contract by the city today. This is a $750 million capital improvements program that could last 10 years. We will be working on the program for a minimum of two years but anticipate being involved for the duration.

We have an immediate need for a Parks Project Manager. The selected individual must have a Degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Planning and 6-10 years general civil / municipal engineering or planning experience. Project Management experience and a self starting - take charge disposition are required. Registration and parks experience highly desirable. FLUENCY IN SPANISH IS A MUST.

Elder Jimenez 26 Dec 2003
Yes, Elder Jimenez's father's name was Lepido. He passed away a few years ago. Jose's brother is serving in the North mission right now. Jose will be in Atlanta for at least 3 months and, possibly, for as long as 9 months. I will post more details once my brother gets to Atlanta.

Missionary having surgery in Atlanta 24 Dec 2003
Elder Jose Jimenez, from San Juan Rama II, is currently serving in the Santo Domingo East mission. Some of you may know his father, Leonides (sp?), who was one of the first members in the San Juan area and served in the San Juan District for many years.
Recently, Elder Jimenez was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his jaw. The church has made arrangements for him to travel to Atlanta where he will be undergoing a series of surgeries over the next few weeks. My brother, Brent, served with him in the East Mission and will be seeing him in Atlanta within the next few days.
If you happen to live in the Atlanta area or would like to contact him while he is here in the states, you can reach him via my brother's email at bharrisonbardo@yahoo.com or by phone at 281-686-9024.
I am sure he would love to hear from friends and church-family members while he is here in the states by himself during the holidays. Thanks.

Hungry? 16 Dec 2003
My first reunion back home, an awesome Dominican hermana gave me lots of recipes and they are right on and de cache. I make La Bandera every few months, in fact my daughter is having her 4 year old birthday party tomorrow and wants La Bandera for dinner. Que Bonita! Anyway, I scanned the recipes a while back and will be happy to email them to anyone wants them. Email me at beatprez@cableone.net and I will send them your way (my fantasy football email address for President Stone, especially this week since I will play him in the Super Bowl and the outcome most likely will not be in his favor)

Does anyone know how to make la bandera?? I've tried several times with rather odd outcomes. I can't quite get it right.

Also, does anyone have the recipes for habichuelas con dulce and arroz con leche?
