Following my mission I went to school at Weber State College. I got married and went into the Army Medical Corps, serving at Fort Carson Army Hospital for three years. My wife Chris and I had two kids at this time.

I left the Army and came back home to Utah, where I went to work for the US Dept of Labor (OSHA) as a chemist. I have 25 years with OSHA now and have retired from the Army Reserves. We have 4 children, two boys and two girls. Two have completed missions: one son to the New Jersey Cherry Hill Mission and one daughter to the Sofia Bulgaria Mission. Our life has been full and our children have kept us busy. Great kids--what a blessing! Love to get out on the ski slopes with my kids and give them a run for their money.
