I am a licensed DO in NV, UT, and WI, licensed HMD in NV, and licensed JD in NV. Currently, I am Chief Physician for New Life Medical Group where we focus primarily on metabolic disorders in adults and children. I have been married to Cheryl Marie Ohrn since 1981. We have 3 daughters. In 1994, we lost our 8 y/o son, McKay, in a car accident while living in Allen, TX. My oldest daughter, Brittany, is married and has 1 daughter, who was born September 2008. Brittany met her husband in the Robindale YSA Ward, where I have been serving as 2nd Counselor in the bishopric for 5 years or since 11-04. They live in Rockland, ID. My other two daughters, Lindsey (19) and Karley (17) are still in school and at home. My wife, Cheryl, has done much genealogy and has found over 10,000 relatives. We now know that she's a decedent of John and Priscilla Mullins from the Mayflower and Morris Phelps (cousin to W.W. Phelps). Her paternal grandfather immigrated to the US from Sweden. My relatives immigrated to NC from Scotland in the 1600s where they fought in the revolutionary and civil wars. One relative, a judge in Sampson Country, NV, was thrown in jail on July 4, 1776 because he refused to swear allegiance to the crown. |
