Grusse aus Chicagoland! The church is still true, and what a blessing it has been. Married almost 30 years, 3 great children, active in seminary for over 13 years now. Husband and I run our own specialized insurance agency. Companions: Sister Lisonbee, Sister Maples, Sister Yost, Sister Filietta (sp?), Sister Westenskow (sp). Hamburg, Berlin, Braunschweig, Luebeck, Berlin again. My memory fails me. Does anyone else ever dream they are back on their mission, only they're as old as they really are, and feel guilty because there's no one to take the kids to marching band, 'cause Mom's in Berlin? I suppose that means it was a great experience. I'd give a lot to be back in that 'sociality', in the company of some of the best Elders and Sisters around. Anyone who served with me, drop a line. I am grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ, grateful for the restored gospel and the Book of Mormon. Naja, ich muss mir auf die Beine machen.....tchuss! |
