Life is great ! There was a life after the mission ! Margit and I have been married for 20 years this year, we have two daughters (16/18) and a son (13) and enjoy living in the beautiful Taunus mountains in Germany. I have being working with the U.S. Government for thirteen years and have being a employee with the Church administration for the last ten years in Frankfurt, Germany. Margit is currently serving as stake YW president, I was recently released as high council.
By the way, former Prs. Peterson (89-92) is serving a mission with his wife in Frankfurt, they are the medical doctors in charge of the Europe Central Area.
