With President Schwendiman offing considerable encouragement, I married Sister Pheobe McBride in 1977. We have 6 children--2 boys and 4 girls. We have one granddaughter with the second ready to join us in November 2003. We roamed around the country for about 10 years while I worked for IBM, but we have been living in Alpine Utah for the past 13 years. We have had the opportunity to visit the mission a couple times in the past several years and even attended church at the Wartenau Gemeinde. Walking through the Brandenburg Gate was a wonderfully strange experience. |
