Comments:
I am married and have five children. They range in age from 13 to 23. We often trade our
condo each year and travel to various places in the U.S. for family vacations. My wife and I just
picked up our second son from his mission in the Bulgaria Sofia mission. We spent two
wonderful weeks there (the first without a translator, our son). I teach mathematics, and am very
involved in music. I play the trumpet in several groups and have traveled abroad several times,
including two trips to southern Germany. Through my trumpet playing, I also have the chance
to associate with many wonderful people of other faiths. My current calling in the church is on
the High Council. I cherish the time I spent in the Germany Hamburg mission and am grateful
for the many faith promoting experiences I had. The challenging times brought great growth and
appreciation for the gospel and the blessings of membership in our church.
I would be very happy to hear from anyone who knew me in the mission field. I would also be
very interested to hear news about any members of the church who were in the Tiergarten,
Wolfsburg, Bremen, or Hildesheim branches during the late seventies. |
