Updated: I retired in December 2021 after 23 years with EPA as a federal employee. My children are all grown and doing well, all with temple marriages. My testimony remains strong.
I married Janette in the Oakland Temple in 1982, and we have five children, three boys and two girls. I graduated from BYU with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering; worked as a civil, mechanical, and environmental engineer in the oil refining industry for 14 years, for Conoco in Ponca City, Oklahoma and in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and for Tosco in Martinez/Concord, California. I have worked for the US EPA in San Francisco since 1998. Currently ward mission leader in the Vacaville 2nd ward, Vacaville, California stake. My oldest son Jason served from 2004-2006 in the Winnipeg Canada mission. My next son Devin (my next oldest) served in the Calgary Canada mission, 2008-2010. My third son Chad served in the Calgary Edmonton mission 2010-2012. My testimony remains strong. |
