In Nicaragua and especially in Managua there may be street names, but I can say confidently that I do not know any of them. Directions in Nicaragua can be very confusing because of their use of landmarks and the four points on a compass. An address there can be "De la Rotonda Dos cuadras arriba y una al norte," in english from the Roundabout 2 blocks up (East) and 1 block north. Many a missionary would get lost not being able to tell which way was north and which was south. The fortunate thing is that the people all seem to know exactly where that is, and you can ask almost anyone for more precise directions.
