Louis Perley was a bit older than 19 when he went on his mission. He was a really good guy. I don't recall where he was from orginally. Louis Lafayette Perley, served in Okamachi Shibu in 1963. He was from the mountains of Colorado. He was the District leader in that branch, which was Terry Jensen's first branch.
He was from Alamosa, Colorado. BYU alumni assn. may be best for locating him, especially if they will forward an email for you.
