To everyone who remembers me, I said that I would be married within 6 months of coming home, well, it took 6 1/2 months. My wife of now 13 yrs and I have finished our Bachelors ('96) and I have a Master of Social Work (MSW, '98) degree. On 09/16/95 we had a little boy named Dominic Israel Abril. In 1999 we all moved to Sweden so that Dominic and I can learn Swedish. On 02/23/01, Spencer David Abril came and joined our growing family! In 2001, we moved back to the states and I took at job again with the VA in Hot Springs, South Dakota. In 2002, we moved again to Grand Rapids Michigan were I got another job with the VA. In 2003, we moved to Coos Bay, Oregon, again with the VA. Then in Sept 2005, we all moved to the Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan where I am a clinical social worker in the Family Counseling Center. |
