I wanted to share the obituary of Elder Rick Bos, from the olden days in Brasil Central Mission. I haven't seen him in years but have fond memories and I thought maybe some of the old-times might be interested. My condolences to his family.

Richard John Bos II 1949 ~ 2010 Richard John Bos II (Rick) passed away on November 16, 2010. He was born on June 1, 1949 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Richard John Bos and Beverly Ann Larsen. He married Kristy Woodword Bos on August 30, 2008 in Saratoga Springs, Utah. He served an LDS Mission to Brazil (1969-1971). He received a BA from BYU and an MA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He was an Audio Industry Executive, a Product Developer/Creator and an Entrepreneur. He was the co-founder of XP Audio, Inc. and the creative genius behind Morpheus FX. He achieved world-wide recognition and several industry awards. He had absolute faith in his Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. He was a devoted husband, an adoring father and conducted himself with the utmost honesty and integrity. He was kind, gentle and had a keen sense of humor. He enjoyed flying R/C airplanes and History. He is survived by his wife Kristy Bos, his Aunt Helen Bos, Sheila Bos (former wife), five children: Jade Bos, Hayley Bos (White), Matt Bos, Jessica Bos (Brasch), Nathan Bos and nine grandchildren. All services will take place at the Saratoga Springs 1st Ward at 587 South Saratoga Rd in Saratoga Springs, Utah: A viewing from 6-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 21st and Monday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. The burial will take place immediately following the funeral at the Orem City Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. John Mitchell, the staff at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, their many friends and neighbors in Saratoga Springs and countless others that have expressed their condolences. In lieu of flowers, The Rick Bos Memorial Fund has been set up at Mountain America Credit Union.
