Oklahoma Oklahoma City Mission
The OOCM has five Stakes with many wards and branches serving the area including a section of Texas. There are 8 Spanish speaking areas and about 120 missionaries at any given time throughout the mission.
Many members are finding and referring investigators to missionaries. "We see the awakening of a missionary spirit in that area."
Several military bases and universities in the area are located where missionaries are able to teach many young people. But, throughout the mission, "We have a composite of conversions from the ethnic and economic spectrum."
The membership base is strong and there are areas where there is tremendous growth.
